All projects require a signed agreement or accepted proposal before work begins. This agreement will outline: • Project scope and deliverables • Timeline and milestones • Payment terms and schedule • Revision and change request policies
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we operate on a 50/50 payment structure: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Freelancelyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
